=GtH= History
Get Tea-bagged Here was initially created by a group of FullContactWar admins. All of our Founders were Senior Admins there and we were the leading force behind FCW. Most of our senior clan leaders were admins at FCW also. The common goal was simple: to have an IN-HOUSE mini-clan who gamed together, as a UNIT. The idea was to improve their teamwork, their gaming style, and to be the best. Each person had their unique game style, their own philosophy, and their own desires, but by working together they became good at what they did.
The original members included Echo, Engrav0, LT.BNPLAYN*RIP*, and Stupidhead. By working together, they dominated many of the Battlefield 2: Special Forces maps; Warlord in particular. It got to a point where they knew where an enemy would be based on what vehicle he was driving or moving on foot and how long it would take him to get to and take control points. As the release of BF2142 approached, they decided to begin further development of the mini-clan by forming a formal recruitment procedure. The four founders were so tired of other clans trying to recruit us, that the wearing of =GtH= tags started and, for the most part, they ceased being recruited. Thus, they were now allowed to truly enjoy their games.
The single, most important objective of =GtH= is to game TOGETHER, as a UNIT, and to improve anyone in the groups’ game play through teamwork.
=GtH= Rank Structure
We have two divisions here at =GtH= but we are one clan.
Those individuals who are 18 years of age and older will go into full member status after the recruitment stage of the clan. They will wear the tags =GtH=. The rank structure of our full clan members is as follows:

For those that are 17 years of age and under will go into junior member status after the recruitment stage of the clan. They will wear the tags *GtH*. The rank structure of our junior clan members is as follows:

=GtHr= / *GtHr* Clan Recruits: Recruits SHALL ALWAYS wear the tags =GtHr= for full members and *GtHr* for junior members until they have been fully initiated into the clan after participation in game, forums and TeamSpeak use. This period should last no more than 2 weeks unless you have performed any unwarranted actions that require further evaluation. If deemed by a founder OR 3 or more Sr. Clan Leaders, you may take off the recruit tag early. Recruits are required to have a working microphone and use TeamSpeak within 2 weeks also.
To all =GtH= Members
As a =GtH= clan member, first and foremost, REAL LIFE COMES FIRST NOT THIS CLAN! The common goal is game enjoyment, thus you shall NOT attempt to ruin another member’s game by harassment, intolerant team killing (other than initiation) or foul and/or abusive behavior towards others. Any member causing hate and discontent with another member and disrupting the harmony of the game, forums or TeamSpeak will be counseled by a Sr. Clan Leader, Founder or both. These actions will not be tolerated.
All =GtH= members on a server shall make every effort possible to be on the same team in-game. If you cannot, then by all means game appropriately. Kill whoever gets in your way, even another =GtH= member. You may, upon your discretion, allow another =GtH= member to obtain a goal and look the other way should you choose, BUT you are NOT obligated to do so.
Example: If another =GtH= member has been attempting to reach a desired goal with a certain amount of kills in a row and you sight him prior to his objective being reached, you MAY choose to walk in the other direction and not kill him. This is UNIT COHESION and allowing your clan mate to reach his objective or goal is completely fair and honorable.
=GtH= is based on honor. We occasionally go on hunts. This is when someone, some, or all members go looking for individuals because of certain reasons. When this involves going to servers outside of our arena, you SHALL make every effort to NOT throw dirt in the face of another =GtH= member(s). This is achieved by removing your tags. This prevents people from bashing a clan that may have no idea what the hunts were for. Some hunts are performed due to racial slurs or personal attacks on a member or their family that are meant to harm others’ gaming. This, to us, is an HONORABLE HUNT (Screen Shots MUST be taken when the hunt is performed if the hunted individual, or Clan as sometimes is the case, is killed by you for our own gratification).
We do NOT insist on knowing everything going on in your life. Should you choose to inform any member of the =GtH= community of personal feelings, they remain between you and that member unless one of you has VERBALLY agreed to share with another member. Keep our business OURS. Don't take it to another person outside or spread rumors, they have no business here and will only cause hate and disrespect amongst our members.
Our members are worldwide. Do not attempt to place your religious, business, racial, governmental or political feelings on others. Many members have different beliefs. Let them have theirs and you have yours. We can learn from each other and we should. If you want to discuss it, ask a member if he is interested in the discussion. Keep it private, do not do it with others around unless they are involved. Our beliefs are ours, remember that. If you think people from California are gay, that is your belief and we shall respect it. Just do not ask us to!
AT NO TIME WILL ANYONE USE ANY RELIGIOUS, RACIAL, DEROGATORY, OR ANY OTHER HATE SPEECH WHETHER IN A JOKING MANNER OR A SERIOUS MANNER. You never know who is playing with us or who it will offend. Our punishment for this is severe! It WILL get you kicked out of the clan.
At =GtH= we are about teamwork. We have the tools and therefore each and every member should use them. TeamSpeak is the primary tool that we utilize. To use TeamSpeak, you must have within 2 weeks of membership a working microphone (case by case basis). We have our own TS3 in which using these voice tools is a requirement for each and every member of =GtH=. If you are playing a game please join TeamSpeak so that other members who are also playing can join you.
At no time will any =GtH= member use a glitch, hack, or cheat in any way or form. Glitching is defined as the practice of finding and exploiting flaws or glitches in videogames to achieve something that was not intended by the game designers. Gamers who engage in this practice are known as glitchers. Glitches can help or disable the player. If you do, you will be hunted down and taken off the =GtH= roster and screenshots of any type of evidence will be sent that particular games cheat and ban sections!
NO ONE in the clan is above this constitution. A convening board (Founders and SCLs) shall decide disciplinary actions. The actions may include limited rights to the forums, suspensions, or on the more extreme side, removal from the clan altogether.
